The test flights have now commenced and mark an important milestone in the development of the system. Oscilion has an established co-operation with the French Red Air service company SDTS. The co-operation comprises three phases - integration, demonstration and in-service - with the aim of delivering reliable and advanced airborne EW solutions. Ground tests of Astor IV have already been carried out with good results, but the flight tests and demonstrations in the air have required regulatory approval, which has now been obtained. Scandinavian Astor Group AB Appoints Louise Åberg as Chief Operating and Communications Officer Scandinavian Astor Group announced to strengthen its executive management team by creating a new role: Chief Operating and Communications Officer (COCO). Astor Group has recruited Louise Åberg who will take up the role at the turn of the year 2024/2025. The newly created role will strengthen the work of building a scalable structure for continued expansion and for the planned listing on a regulated market in 2025. To the position of COCO, Louise Åberg has been appointed. Louise has extensive experience in financial communication, corporate governance and change management in listed environments. Her previous roles include Lead Governance & Communication and Business Manager, where she successfully worked with strategic business development and internal and external communication. Louise also has an academic background in peace and conflict studies, economics and organisational development. Since February 2023, she has worked as an external advisor to Astor Group via Shark Communication. The newly created role covers a wide range of responsibilities, including coordination of management functions, corporate governance and internal and external communication. In addition, a major focus will be on preparing the group for regulated markets where, among other things, the introduction of sustainability reporting according to CSRD is an important part.
