So how can your value via your DCF model be so different to other analysts? Just goes to show that DCFs are extremely subjective and the slightest variation in "inputs" can result in very different outcomes.

Hes simply saying the metrics dont support the value. Tesla is a classic case of intangible factors at play i.e. market psychology.

what would be really helpful is advice on how to purchase stocks on the Xetra exchange. This proves difficult when you live in New Zealand where no one seems to be able to give access to exchanges outside of NZ, Australia and the US
