Polip, my own research these last 3 years hinges on the next 2 quarters earnings reports showing continuous revenue growth and an accelerated approval for NSCLC setting a 15-20 Billion floor in a friendly buyout negotiation. My skepticism is the difficulties in running the business operations prohibiting big pharma, also from steering away from chronic old standard of care and new ADC treatments.

Wayne Rothbaum runs Iovance Biotherapeutics so their interim CEO is a non-issue. Also, the demand for global approvals by analysts and Wall Street is also not a necessary strategic move considering scaling patients in North America is financially and more easily obtainable to scale to 10000 or more patients by 2030 especially when considering insurance reimbursements are much higher than Europe or Asia that is a can of worms.
