Creating millions of new shares at low prices and now buying back shares at a multiple? Who calls this good management? More than time to fire this years long management team. The stock price should and could be a lot higher with correct and good management.

I agree 100 %. However the officers (CEO,CFO, etc.) took only bad decisions the past decade. Kick out these officers and bring in real managers who are thinking about the future of the company, and its stockholders. If they didn't create millions of new stocks the past years, the stockprice might be around its historic high now, like so many other gold/silver stocks just did.
