If the 25% insurance cessation is implemented then it will boost the revenues and with proper governance in place the share growth could hit its fair value of 9kshs.For me this is a good buy now as you prepare for the mid term.

Energy demands are set to double in Kenya in the next 3 years so Kengen can position itself as a key player as it contributes 65% of the power supply. The main issue is if they can be able to negotiate better PPAs with kplc. Alot of development towards power generation are underway in grid and off grid and therefore Energy sector is an area to watch.operational efficency and macros mitigations are key for the growth of this sector which has lagged for the last 7 years
