CEO, Chairman and another director quietly & quickly sold the entirety of their shares between 5/11/25 & around 12/11/25, valued at around $70M. This is in fact the 2nd time they have done this. During that period, they "accidentally" re-released a media statement about a "major" contract in the US, which had already been announced in september or october. Share price bounced while they continued to sell, before issuing a correction. The US manager mysteriously departed towards the end of that period without explanation. Last week, CEO cancelled a major broker update meeting at last minute without explanation, & has been unusually MIA since he started selling all his shares. Typically he is extremely accessible to the media talking up how great the company is. Independent directors have been making large personal house loans to the CEO, raising major queries just how "independent" everyone is. Trades like a meme stock & operates with the governance of a 1980's perth gold miner. If you feel like a casino bet, DRO is definitely for you.
