REAX·2 months agoREAX: Expanded Agent Network And Completed Buyback Will Drive Future Upside

I believe that REAX is going to ZERO based on your assuptions that profit margins will be compressed. With their purchase of REMAX and the debt that remax was carrying... Remax was failing.... They had $250M of goodwill on their asset sheet and $600M+ of debt. They could only repay $800K on their debt in a full quarter of opperations. Now tyhat real is taking them over at a staggering 13.80 per share..... and issuing $800M of debt to do it.... How do you get out of debt by going into more debt? I am with REAX..... I believe that this does not end well. I believe the stock is worth zero but NONE of the people around here believe it is going to ZERO.
