Great and succinct analysis, thank you. You mentioned the defence component of the business but is this business reflected in the valuation? There is no mention, for instance, of the 300+ Leopard 2 engines ordered by KNDS late last year. In terms of future business, RR's selection to develop the drive system for the Leopard 2 replacement programme, the MGCS, means they are in the pole position to defend their position as powertrain supplier to European militaries, and providing the drivetrain as well. If these are "for free", even better.
