Disappointment and uncertainty on future direction
I work in a Fraser's owned building which seems well managed enough with decent occupancy but the stock price has only drifted downwards since I purchased it in 4Q2024.

Lackluster stock price despite good yields
I have help Keppel Infra stock for over 10 years. It continues to pay good yields and the stock price seems underpriced relative to its >7% p.a. yield. I am unsure why the price is not reflective of the yield and can only surmise it's an unfortunate victim of general investor loss of appetite for Singapore REITs. Perhaps the price will increase back towards 50 cents and beyond but meanwhile it is barely breaking through the mid 40s.
