IVVPESO (iShares S&P 500 Peso Hedged TRAC)

Mexico Housing Slowdown Will Constrain Home Sales But Spur Adaptation
My biggest issue with home builder companies in Mexico is Banxico's high interest rate. With the expectation of the Fed rising theirs this year, it wouldn't surprise me if any another rate hike discourages banks from giving out affordable fixed rate mortgages, and thus harming the companies cash influx in the short term. I don't believe ARA can reach the most bullish estimates unless there's some kind of governement intervention to support mortgage lending nation wide. While the company has performed well thus far, I sold my position on this company with a decent 22% appreciation after holding it for a few years.

A Company With Sky-High Multiples and Zero Debt: The Numbers Tell a Very Different Story.
Their balance sheet is what keeps me invested in this company. Sure, the valuation is high, but so is apple's and tesla's. Their debt is basically none, something other way older and well established players like IBM and hewlett packard dont have. I also think that the contracts they have secured will stay there for decades, their cashflow will just keep increasing with hardly any increase in expenses. Even if the price falls lower than your valuation, I'll still feel comfortable holding this stock for the long run.
