Hello, there are large one off gains booked on income statement through bargain purchases reflected on earnings, so investors maybe adopting a wait and see approach until those gains are eroded. Once next quarterly statements are released those one off gains will not have an impact on ttm eps. Also the company seems to have parked short term funds in long term assets which is reflected on current ratio and quick ratio, with Sri Lankan property prices forecasted to grow in the coming months the value of the investment properties over 100 billion should have a positive impact on financial statements. With the Sri Lankan economy continuing to maintain twin surpluses and with the company positioned to reap those rewards my best guess is that the forecast price targets should be reached in 2027.
