Your reliance on B of A analyst for a "fair value" in the 20s is absurd. This analyst has been wrong about Briumvi from the start and has no credibility in this discussion. If you wanted to be objective, throw out the low and the high and average all others. You will see that "aggregate fair value" is higher than current share price. Further, TG exceeded all expectations of revenue volume for 2nd Q with a gross margin of 86%. What's not to like?
