Midstreams are toll booth collections also where most pay 6-10% dividend yield. But, generally I do not get involved with any company stock that pays over 12% yield since most are risky but, there is one ETF that I loaded up on, over a year ago that pays 22% dividend yield and has paid me very handsomely.

As I have said a few months ago, why I bought BFLY at $1.55/share and now it's at 8.00/share. You can't just look at a companies balance sheet but, you need to consider what they have developed and are selling.
