The spin was suppose to be value creating, but the EV of both firms is drastically lower. I do think that HOH is the crown jewel. But the delays in PNG have been hard on shareholders. Total may not anounce a decision until next year, there is also PNG unrest. But I still think there are brighter days ahead for HOH. Prior years the PNG biz was producing the entire market cap in earnings annually, it can happen again.

The all time low is .51 it’s now at .58 and it has pipeline flowing. The market seems to hate this company. This was 1.00 3 yrs ago when the pipe was running.
