Just to add to the risks, as a consumer in the construction industry. TP is now facing a lot of competition locally. They've had a fairly good moat for many years but now have branches of MKM and JT Atkinson springing up around them, albeit their main competitor Jewsons seems to have largely disappeared. The other two competitors seem to have taken over when it comes to competitive pricing while TP seem to be sticking to its guns to have less turnover with higher margins. How sustainable this is for all companies is yet to be seen. Great breakdown though. As you highlighted in it, the lack of fulfilling roles seemed to be a lot of their sales team and Branch managers moving to the afore mentioned competitors.
