It also provides overdrafts; residential and commercial buildings, and other loans; credit facilities in local and foreign currencies for corporate customers; and investments in securities, as well as engages in the funds management activities. In addition, the company is involved in the trade finance and forex businesses; and participates in investments in treasury bills and bonds from the central banks. Further, it engages in property ownership and management, nominee, corporate social responsibility, asset management, and insurance brokerage businesses. Additionally, the company provides pay, save, and borrow solutions for individuals, micro, and small and medium sized enterprises; life and general insurance products, including medical, motor, crop, marine, and others; wealth management, advisory, and brokerage services; distribution of collective investment schemes; and pension management services. KCB Group PLC was founded in 1896 and is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya.
