Have Insiders Sold Airgain Shares Recently?

We note that the Airgain, Inc. (NASDAQ:AIRG) President, Jacob Suen, recently sold US$54k worth of stock for US$5.10 per share. On the bright side, that's just a small sale and only reduced their holding by 5.5%.

Airgain Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

The Independent Chairman of the Board James Sims made the biggest insider purchase in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for US$84k worth of shares at a price of US$4.26 each. Although we like to see insider buying, we note that this large purchase was at significantly below the recent price of US$5.35. While it does suggest insiders consider the stock undervalued at lower prices, this transaction doesn't tell us much about what they think of current prices.
