It offers LiveChat, a platform for online multichannel text communication; ChatBot, a chatbot building platform that allows the creation of conversational chatbots to handle various business scenarios; KnowledgeBase, a platform that lets companies to create knowledge bases for employees and clients; OpenWidget, a solution allowing for an easy installation of widgets on website; and HelpDesk, a solution that supports business communication with the client through various text communication channels, such as mail, live chat, etc. Text S.A. was formerly known as LiveChat Software S.A. and changed its name to Text S.A. in September 2023. The company was incorporated in 2002 and is headquartered in Wroclaw, Poland.
