WHLR’s portfolio contains well-located, potentially dominant retail properties in secondary and tertiary markets that generate attractive, risk-adjusted returns. WHLR’s common stock, Series B convertible preferred stock ("Series B Preferred Stock" and, together with the Series D Preferred Stock, the "Preferred Stock"), Series D Preferred Stock, and Convertible Notes trade publicly on Nasdaq under the symbols "WHLR", "WHLRP", "WHLRD", and "WHLRL", respectively.
