NOV Inc. designs, constructs, manufactures, and sells systems, components, and products for oil and gas drilling and production, and industrial and renewable energy sectors in the United States and internationally. It operates through two segments, Energy Equipment, and Energy Products and Services. The Energy Equipment segment offers equipment and systems, spare parts, repair, and rentals; hydration units, chemical additive systems, blenders, and control systems, as well as centrifugal pumps, valves, seats, and flowline equipment; coiled tubing units, injector heads, tubing strings, pressure control, and nitrogen support equipment; electric line and slickline trucks and skids, and pressure control equipment; drilling rigs, wind turbine installation vessels, other offshore construction vessels, and specialized equipment and machinery.
