Akelius Residential Property AB (publ) (STO:AKEL D) has announced that it will pay a dividend of €0.025 per share on the 11th of August. Based on this payment, the dividend yield on the company's stock will be 5.7%, which is an attractive boost to shareholder returns.

Akelius Residential Property's Distributions May Be Difficult To Sustain
