ProfilGruppen Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by Independent Director Mari-Katharina Kadowaki was not the only time they bought ProfilGruppen shares this year. They previously made an even bigger purchase of kr819k worth of shares at a price of kr109 per share. That means that even when the share price was higher than kr93.00 (the recent price), an insider wanted to purchase shares. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. To us, it's very important to consider the price insiders pay for shares. It is encouraging to see an insider paid above the current price for shares, as it suggests they saw value, even at higher levels. Mari-Katharina Kadowaki was the only individual insider to buy shares in the last twelve months.

Insider Ownership

Another way to test the alignment between the leaders of a company and other shareholders is to look at how many shares they own. I reckon it's a good sign if insiders own a significant number of shares in the company. ProfilGruppen insiders own about kr245m worth of shares. That equates to 36% of the company. While this is a strong but not outstanding level of insider ownership, it's enough to indicate some alignment between management and smaller shareholders.

So What Does This Data Suggest About ProfilGruppen Insiders?
