Even after rising 16% this past week, Custodian Property Income REIT (LON:CREI) shareholders are still down 5.3% over the past five years

Custodian Property Income REIT plc (LON:CREI) shareholders should be happy to see the share price up 16% in the last week. But over the last half decade, the stock has not performed well. You would have done a lot better buying an index fund, since the stock has dropped 29% in that half decade.
