International Lithium Corp. engages in the investment, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Argentina, Canada, and Ireland. It primarily explores for lithium-potash and rare metal deposits. The company holds interest in the Mariana lithium-potash brine project covering an area of 160 square kilometers located in Salta, Argentina. It also holds interest in the Mavis Lake–Fairservice lithium project, which consists of 19 claims totaling 2,544 hectares within Brownridge Township located to the northeast of Dryden in north-Western Ontario; and the Raleigh lake project comprising 3,027 hectares of mineral claims located in Thunder Bay, Ontario. In addition, the company holds interest in the Forgan Lake project that consists of claims covering an area of 256 hectares located in the Thunder Bay Mining District in Northwestern Ontario, Canada; and the Avalonia lithium project, which comprises 8 prospecting licenses totaling 292 square kilometers in southeastern Ireland. International Lithium Corp. was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
