Mr. Colin has been a Lawyer and Member of the Quebec Bar since 1977. He is a Member of the Bar of the Province of Quebec and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in 1980, a Civil Law Degree from the University of Ottawa in 1976 and a Certificate in Comparative Law from the University of Manitoba. He practiced corporate law prior to his investment-banking profession.

It also holds interests in the Pickle Lake properties with 4 claims packages located in the Pickle Lake area, Ontario; and 100% interests in the Far Lake property with 84 single cell mining claims covering 1,785 ha located to the northwest of Thunder Bay, Ontario, as well as holds the right to acquire a 100% interest in the Gunners Cove property with 654 claim units covering 59,402 ha located to the north of St. Anthony, Newfoundland and Labrador.
