He subsequently spent 14 years as a Geologist with Esso Minerals Canada and another 15 years as an Exploration Consultant working in such well known mining districts as Hemlo, Red Lake, Timmins and Kirkland Lake, Ontario and Casa Berardi, Quebec. He served as Vice Chairman of Rainy River Resources Ltd. until May 2010. He has been a Director of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd., since November 13, 2009. He served as a Director of Crestwell Resources Inc. since June 12, 2012. He served as an Executive Director of Opal Energy Corp. from February 21, 2002 to September 2007. He has been Director of Quadro Resources Ltd.since Janaury 2018. He served as a Director of PC Gold Inc. from January 18, 2008 to October 23, 2013. He served as a Director of RPT Resources Ltd. since November 25, 2003, Northern Rand Resources Corp. from July 2009 to July 2011 and Temex Resources Corp. from April 14, 2005 to June 2012. He served as a Director of Mistango River Resources Inc. from June 30, 2011 to June 6, 2013. He served as a Director of Aldrin Resource Corp. from October 12, 2006 to October 31, 2008. Mr. Baker served as a Non Independent Director of Rainy River Resources Ltd. from July 6, 2005 to May 2010 and a Director of Coastal Gold Corp. until November 2000. He served as a Director of Suparna Gold Corp. from June 2009 to July 2011. He is an Active Member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He attended the Haileybury School of Mines, where he received his Mining Technology Diploma in 1964. Mr. Baker holds a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines in 1969.
