The company also owns the Little Phoenix property covering 2,362 hectares located in British Columbia. The company was formerly known as First Americas Gold Corporation and changed its name to Intact Gold Corp. in February 2016. Intact Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
