Mr. Hudson developed significant exploration to pre-feasibility project management experience during 10 years with Pasminco Ltd. in Peru, Pakistan and Australia; and in Sweden via collaboration with BHP Billiton. His last 7 years have been dedicated to developing projects in the Canadian and Australian junior mining sector. His discoveries include the Portia gold deposit in the Olary district of South Australia and the delineation and development of the Duddar zInc. project in Pakistan and the Western A-Lode and Pinnacles zinc-lead projects in Broken Hill, Australia. Mr. Hudson served as the President of Mawson Resources Ltd. from March 30, 2004 to October 24, 2016. He was founder of Darwin Resources Ltd (now Tinka Resources Ltd.) Mr. Hudson served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of Mawson Resources Ltd. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer of Tasman Metals Ltd. His past experience included: Project Manager for BHP Billiton JV, with Lake Resources NL from June 2001 to March 2002 and Senior Geologist of Pasminco Ltd. a mineral exploration company exploring for zinc, silver and gold and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange from 1991 to 2001. Mr. Hudson serves as the Chairman of Mawson Resources Ltd. He has been the Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director at Leading Edge Materials Corp. since September 9, 2016 and February 22, 2012 respectively. Mr. Hudson has been a Director of Tasman Metals Ltd. since October 22, 2009. He has been a Director of Darwin Resources Corp. since January 1, 2012.
