Biography

Sitka Gold Corp. engages in the exploration of mineral resource properties in Canada and the United States. The company explores for gold, silver, and copper deposits. It owns 100% interests in the Coppermine River project covering an area of approximately 125,000 acres located in Nunavut; and the Alpha Gold property consisting of 50 claims that covers an area of approximately 1000 acres situated in Nevada. It also holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the RC Gold property comprising 132 claims covering an area of approximately 6,425 acres located in Yukon; and the Burro Creek Gold property that covers an area of approximately 750 acres situated in Arizona. Sitka Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2015 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
