Vanguard U.S. Aggregate Bond Index ETF (CAD-hedged) is an exchange traded fund of fund launched and managed by Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. It is co-managed by The Vanguard Group, Inc. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It invests directly and through other funds in investment-grade fixed income securities including government, corporate and international dollar-denominated bonds, and mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities having maturities of more than one year. The fund uses derivative instruments to hedge the U.S. dollar exposure of the securities to the Canadian dollar.
