In addition, it designs and constructs communications networks; and engages in the wholesale business in fixed and mobile services. Further, the company is involved in provision of IT services. The company was formerly known as HT – Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. and changed its name to Hrvatski Telekom d.d. in May 2010. The company was incorporated in 1998 and is headquartered in Zagreb, the Republic of Croatia. Hrvatski Telekom d.d. is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom Europe B.V.
