It holds interests in the Hatchet Lake uranium property situated in Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan; the Mangabal nickel-copper-cobalt project located in Goiás State, central Brazil; the Pedra Branca PGE project located in northeastern Brazil; and the Genesis uranium property located in Saskatchewan. The company was formerly known as Kivalliq Energy Corporation and changed its name to ValOre Metals Corp. in June 2018. ValOre Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2008 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
