Ain Holdings Inc. Announces Establishment of the Independent Committee

AIN HOLDINGS INC. announced that on August 25, 2026, the Board of Directors resolved to establish an Independent Committee, composed of persons who are independent from the management that executes the Company’s business operations. The Board of Directors resolved to appoint three independent outside directors as members of the Independent Committee: Ms. Noriko Endo, Ms. Mariko Watahiki and Mr. Nobumichi Hattori.
