Marimo Regional Revitalization REIT, Inc. was incorporated under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951, as amended; hereinafter the Investment Trust Act) with Marimo Asset Management Co., Ltd. as the organizer and investments in capital of 200 million yen (2,000 units) (Note) on February 5, 2016, and completed the registration with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau on March 16, 2016 (Registration No. 113 with the Director-General of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau). Marimo Regional Revitalization REIT, Inc. then implemented an issuance of new investment units through public offering (88,500 units) with July 28, 2016, as the payment due date, and was listed on the Real Estate Investment Trust Securities Market of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. on July 29, 2016 (securities code: 3470). The total number of investment units issued and outstanding stands at 281,494 units as of the end of the fiscal period under review.
