Both the Fund and the Management Company are supervised by the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority. The Depositary of the Fund is Swedbank AS. The Fund is the ultimate parent and controlling entity of the group comprising the Fund and its subsidiaries (the “Group” or the “Fund”). The Fund is a public fund with no particular lifetime (evergreen). Units of the Fund are made available to the public in accordance with the Fund Rules and applicable laws. The Fund is listed on the Fund List of the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange. The Fund’s Swedish depository receipts (the SDRs) are listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange.
