As of December 31, 2024, its fleet consisted of 577 passenger vehicles, including urban and rural buses. The company was formerly known as Hubei Yichang Transportation Group Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Hubei Three Gorges Tourism Group Co., Ltd. in July 2021.
