It also engages in smart integrated energy; new energy; power distribution and sales; investment and financing; and pumped storage businesses, as well as overseas power station operation, maintenance, management, and consultation. The company was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China. China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China Three Gorges Corporation.
