CSC Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, provides foundation and geotechnical, and ground engineering solutions in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and internationally. It operates through two segments: Foundation and Geotechnical Engineering, and Sales and Lease of Equipment. The company offers civil engineering, piling, soil investigation, land surveying, and other related services. It also engages in the construction and installation of diaphragm walls, large diameter bored piles, secant piles, driven piles, barrette piles, jack-in piles, micro piles, and pile load tests. In addition, the company provides land and marine soil investigation, soil laboratory testing, geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring, automated structural and tunnel deformation monitoring survey, ground and topographical survey, geophysical, bi-directional load testing, dynamic pile testing, and pile integrity testing. Further, it is involved in the sale and leasing of hydraulic bored piling rigs, pile driving rigs, jack in piling rigs and other piling rigs; sale and leasing of engineering equipment; sale of parts, accessories and consumables, and leasing of steel plates; and ground engineering services. Additionally, the company is involved in the sales and rental of machinery and spare parts and provision of other related services; wholesale trading of equipment, spare parts, and consumable items; and property development, property investment, property management, and other related activities. It provides solutions for private and public sector works, including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. CSC Holdings Limited was founded in 1975 and is based in Singapore.
