China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Limited Announces Appointment of Liu Yibin as Executive Director, Effective August 24, 2026

China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Limited announced that, with effect from August 24, 2026, Mr. Liu Yibin had been appointed as an executive Director in accordance with the Board Diversity Policy of the Company. Mr. Liu Yibin, aged 53, graduated from the Department of Economic Management of the Central Institute of Finance and Banking in 1995 with a major in National Economic Management. From July 1995 to August 1997, he worked as an accountant of the finance department of Beijing Municipal Engineering Machinery Co. Ltd. From August 1997 to July 2019, he successively served as the financial manager of the Thailand Representative Office, the head of the finance department, the deputy manager of the finance department, the deputy manager of the accounting management of the finance department, the manager of the finance department, the director of the office of the secretary to the board of directors, and the secretary to the board of directors of China Nonferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, a subsidiary of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co. Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the Company. From July 2019 to June 2020, he served as an officer in the equity financing division of the capital operations department of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co. Ltd. From June 2020 to December 2024, he was the head of the operation management division of the corporate development department, and from December 2024 to April 2026, he was the head of the operations and performance assessment division of the operations management department (supply chain management department). Since April 2026, he has been a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party Committee and the chief accountant of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Co. Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the Company. Mr. Liu has over 21 years of experience in the non-ferrous metallurgy industry and has extensive experience in financial accounting management. As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprised three executive directors, namely Mr. Xiao Shuxin, Mr. Li Haibo and Mr. Liu Yibin; and three independent non-executive directors, namely Ms. Liu Fang, Mr. Wang Qihong and Mr. Kong Hua.
