The principal activity of Sunlight REIT and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the Group) is to own and invest in income-producing office and retail properties in Hong Kong with the objective of providing unitholders with regular and stable cash distributions with the potential for sustainable long-term growth of such distributions and enhancement in value of the property portfolio.
