Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company Announces the Formation of the Audit Committee Members, Effective July 1, 2026 Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company announced the formation of the Audit Committee for the new Board of Directors' term, commencing on July 1, 2026, pursuant to the Board of Directors' resolution. Mr. Hossam Faisal Bawared served as General Manager of Hossam Bawared Certified Public Accountants. He also served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Saudi Biological Acids Company and as a member of the Audit Committee of Farouk, Maamoun Tamer Industrial Holding Company. Mr. Bawared is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA). He previously served as a member of the Audit Committee of Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company during the previous Board term. Mr. Khaled Mahmoud Abu Namous served as Deputy Executive Director of Finance and Treasury at Dallah Al Baraka Holding Company. He also previously served as General Manager of Mali Choice Middle East in the United Arab Emirates. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Professional Accounting from Canisius College, Buffalo, New York, United States, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Jordan, Amman, Jordan. Mr. Khaled Abu Namous is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Illinois, United States. Ms. Lamees Tariq Katoua served as Chief Risk Officer at Dar Al Tamleek Company, where she led the Company's enterprise risk governance framework and served as a member of several Board and executive committees. She previously worked as an External Auditor at Ernst & Young. Ms. Katoua holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Accounting from the American University in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. She also holds several professional certifications in risk management and auditing, including Certified Chief Risk Officer (CCRO), Certified Operational Risk Professional (CORP), Certified Risk Specialist (CRS), Certified Risk-Based Auditor (CRBA), and the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification. Mr. Sulaiman Dawood Al-Sabti served as Assistant to the President for Investment and Fund Development at the General Authority for the Guardianship of Minors' Funds and Those in Their Ruling. He previously served as General Manager of the Investment Department at the same authority, and before that worked as Team Lead and Credit Advisor at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. He has specialized expertise in investment management and asset development, credit analysis and advisory, accounting and financial management, and institutional investment governance.
