The company offers passenger services, including station management, gate, VIP, additional security, arrival and transfer, check-in, excess baggage, and dedicated passenger services, as well as assisting passengers with reduced mobility, deportee handling, flight operations, passenger manifests and seat allocation, boarding pass and baggage tagging, load control, and crew handling; baggage handling services, such as baggage assembly, sorting, reconciliation, and transportation, loading and unloading, and operation/handling of baggage reconciliation system; and traffic control. It also provides ramp services comprising aircraft turnaround coordination, ground to cock-pit headset services, marshaling the aircraft on ground at arrival and departure, aircraft loading supervision, push-back, unit load device control, aircraft towing, and wing-walkers, as well as ground power, air conditioning, and air starter units; cargo services; and load control services, which include load planning, aircraft weight and balance calculations, messaging and telecommunication, and issuing loading instruction reports, notification to captain, and load sheet. In addition, the company offers fleet solutions, such as cabin grooming and deep cleaning, turnaround cleaning, and toilet, water, and disinfection services; representation and supervision; and airport apron services.
