In addition, it designs, develops, constructs, installs, commissions, rehabilitates, maintains, manages, operates, and invests in power generation/distribution plants and related facilities, as well as generate and supply power and ancillary services. The company was formerly known as Salcon Power Corporation and changed its name to SPC Power Corporation in September 2007. SPC Power Corporation was incorporated in 1994 and is headquartered in Makati City, the Philippines.
