The Other segment generates renewable energy, which include solar energy; and owns various tracts of lands in Nasugbu, Batangas. It is involved in leisure, and funeral and related activities; warehouses leasing; and generation and distribution of energy. The company was formerly known as CADP Group Corporation and changed its name to Roxas and Company, Inc. in June 2009. Roxas and Company, Inc. was incorporated in 1918 and is headquartered in Makati City, the Philippines.
