The Other segment generates renewable energy, which include solar energy; and owns various tracts of lands in Nasugbu, Batangas. It is involved in leisure, and funeral and related activities; warehouses leasing; and generation and distribution of energy. The company was formerly known as CADP Group Corporation and changed its name to Roxas and Company, Inc. in June 2009.
