The company produces and sells industrial gases, such as oxygen and acetylene, as well as trades in other gases, such as argon, compressed air, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen. The company is also involved in the development and sale of memorial parks and memorial lots under the Pryce Gardens name; and the development and sale of office condominium units. In addition, it owns and operates memorial parks in Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Polanco, Ozamiz, Zamboanga, Davao, Manolo Fortich, Malaybalay City in Bukidnon, Malita in Davao Occidental, Bislig in Surigao del Sur, Alabel in Saranggani, Pagadian City, and Butuan city. Further, the company distributes and sells pharmaceutical products, such as vitamins and food supplements, and over-the-counter generic drugs. The company was formerly known as Pryce Properties Corporation and changed its name to Pryce Corporation in July 1997. Pryce Corporation was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Makati City, the Philippines. Pryce Corporation is a subsidiary of Guild Securities, Inc.
