The company is also involved in the development and sale of memorial parks and memorial lots under the Pryce Gardens name; and development and sale of office condominium units. In addition, it owns and operates memorial parks in Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Polanco, Ozamiz, Zamboanga, Davao, Manolo Fortich, Malaybalay City in Bukidnon, Malita in Davao Occidental, Bislig in Surigao del Sur, Alabel in Saranggani, Pagadian City, and Butuan city. Further, the company distributes and sells pharmaceutical products, such as vitamins and food supplements, and over-the-counter generic drugs. The company was formerly known as Pryce Properties Corporation and changed its name to Pryce Corporation in July 1997.
