It is also involved in maintaining, preserving, preparing, and cleaning of buildings, condominiums, townhouses, hotels, amusement or recreational places or counters, office premises, factories, shops, equipment, and facilities; and render janitorial and window cleaning services, as well as undertakes carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, gardening, and ground maintenance works. In addition, the company finances, designs, constructs, develops, operates, and maintains ferry terminal in Iloilo City-Guimaras; and provides industrial warehouse leasing and fund management services. The company was formerly known as DoubleDragon Properties Corp. and changed its name to DoubleDragon Corporation in November 2021. DoubleDragon Corporation was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Pasay City, the Philippines.
