VMS TMT Limited held its Board of Directors meeting on June 10, 2026, and approved the appointment of Ms. Shikha Ranjan (M. No: A38002) as Whole Time Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from June 9, 2026. Ms. Shikha Ranjan is a qualified Company Secretary and Law graduate. She has work experience of around eleven (11) years. She has achieved professional excellence and expertise in her work. Ms. Shikha Ranjan (ACS-38002) is not related to any Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. Ms. Shikha Ranjan (ACS-38002) is not debarred from holding the office of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other regulatory authority. Ms. Shikha Ranjan will also be appointed as Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of Section 203 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI LODR Regulations for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange with effect from her date of appointment.
