Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited Recommends Final Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 31 March 2026 The board of directors of Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited at its meeting held on 28 April, 2026, Recommendation of final dividend of INR 0.4 per equity share each fully paid- up i.e. at the rate of 4% per share for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, subject to the approval of the Members at the Annual General Meeting. Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited Re-Designates Soly Thomas as Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Distribution Officer Bancassurance, Effective February 10, 2026 Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited at its board meeting held on February 9, 2026 has approved the re-designation of Mr. Soly Thomas as Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Distribution Officer Bancassurance, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mr. Soly Thomas is currently the Chief Distribution Officer Bancassurance of the Company and shall continue holding this portfolio. There is no other change in his roles and responsibilities post this re-designation. His designation post would be Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Distribution Officer Bancassurance and the change in designation is effective from 10th February 2026. Mr. Soly Thomas currently serves as the Chief Distribution Officer Bancassurance at Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited. Since September 2023, he has been responsible for managing the entire sales and distribution network for Canara Bank and its associates, covering both retail and group credit life segments. His portfolio includes sales planning, strategy formulation, Year-1 persistency, sales training, sales promotion, and strategic alliances. Soly leads a robust sales support force, contributing to around 80% of the Company's top line. Effective June 2025, Soly has expanded his responsibilities to include the HSBC channel, in addition to his existing mandate, further strengthening the Company's distribution capabilities. Soly is a founding member and has been with the Company since 2008. In his previous role as a Chief Sales Officer for Canara channel, he was responsible for driving sales and business development. In his earlier years with the Company, he was managing sales for HSBC Bank, PNB Bank (erstwhile OBC bank) along with Canara Bank for his zones. He onboarded two key RRB relationships - KVGB and APGB during his tenure as Emerging Channels Head. He has played a pivotal role in establishing Banca Service to Sales, Regional Rural Banks, CANFIN & Dhanlakshmi Bank in the Company. Soly has an overall experience of more than 26 years and has previously worked with different life insurance companies including Agency vertical at HDFC Life, Reliance Insurance and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.
