It offers oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, helium, hydrogen, specialty gases, and acetylene related chemicals. The company also supplies gas accessories, equipment, welding products; designs and builds gas pipelines, and medical and industrial gas storage facilities; and engages in installation of LPG. In addition, it offers cryogenic gas storage tanks and related maintenance services. Further, the company provides liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, special gas mixtures, and liquified petroleum gas; and supplies medical equipment, as well as provides customer engineering services. The company offers its products and services to public and private hospitals, food processors, civil and mechanical engineering contractors, motor vehicle body builders, hotels and restaurants, small and medium enterprises, and informal business sectors. The company was founded in 1886 and is based in Nairobi, Kenya. BOC Kenya Plc operates as a subsidiary of BOC Holdings.
