It also exports its products to Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Burundi. The company was formerly known as Lafarge Zambia Plc and changed its name to Chilanga Cement PLC. The company was founded in 1949 and is headquartered in Lusaka, Zambia. Chilanga Cement PLC is a subsidiary of Huaxin (Hainan) Investment Co., Ltd.
